Bracing for the Confusion Weekly Horoscope 7/29-8/04

This week, tomorrow (Tuesday) we have a Venus in Leo trine Chiron in Aries. Wherever you find the signs of Leo and Aries in your chart, you may be unearthing childhood wounds in such a way that you are able to repair the damage and gain more of an acceptance of your value and greater self worth.

Mars also sextiles the North Node which is one of the points in the solar system where eclipses occur. This points to an increase in the part of our birth chart/life that contains the sign of Aries. It can signal an increase of energy in your sense of self and also your motivation in general, particularly around being social and getting out there, because Mars is in Gemini.

From Friday on, the week gets tricky and that is because Venus squares Uranus on that day and on Sunday we have a New Moon in Leo and Mercury stations retrograde on that same day. So this week you might be starting to feel a little of the antics of Mercury. This may show up in spiraling thoughts, miscommunication, glitches in technology and the like. The Venus Uranus square can sometimes show up as fun sexual tension, it can also just lead to unexpected encounters involving finances or our values and resources in general.

The New Moon in Leo wants us to compost all this confusing energy of the Mercury retrograde and use the advances we made earlier in the week around early wounding in order to turn all this into seeds we can plant for later use. These seeds can later be harvested as we get to the end of this Moon cycle and used to form a stronger sense of self as well as shore up our finances and our values. It’s not a great week to make any big purchases BUT it IS a good week to look deeper into your finances and resources. You may have some flashes of insight in this regard.
